The Park Cities News publishes engagement announcements for our subscribers for free. We ask families who are not subscribers to sign up for a one-year subscription ($27 for one year in Dallas), which may be given as a gift to the newlyweds or any other family member.

Announcements are published in the newspaper in the order that they are received. A date of publication can never be guaranteed.

Information should be typed on the form provided by The Park Cities News (please refrain from using all capital letters). If you must print, please do so neatly. The name and phone number of a reference must be included should a question arise about the spelling of a name.

You may download the engagement form from this website or you may call The Park Cities News at 214-369-7570 and request that the form to be mailed or faxed to you.

Only information requested on the form will be printed.
Photographs of the engaged couple are accepted. Black and White photos reproduce better than color, but color is acceptable, except for Poloroids.

Please write the name of the engaged couple photo for identification should the picture be separated from the form. If you wish for your photo to be returned, please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope, or you may pick engagement pictures up at our office as soon as the engagement announcement has been published. The Park Cities News is published weekly, on Thursdays and delivered by mail.

The Park Cities News publishes wedding announcements for a charge of $50. We accept all major credit cards, VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express. All wedding announcements must be prepaid prior to being published.

Electronic/digital pictures are accepted by disc or emailed as attached files. Pictures must be formatted as .jpg or tiff files. Please note that .jpg pictures with a resolution of 72 do not reproduce as well as tiff files with a resolution of 170 to 200.
